Two of our partners from India Karuna Karunakaran and George visited St Philip's for a week. They came over from the Human Development Institute in South India, where we've been supporting projects for the last 5 years. After a day visiting London they came to Bath where they shared a meal with around 40 of the church members. During their stay they spoke at services on 2nd November and visited people who have supported their work in India. Karuna said "All the members of your congregation were so friendly and kind towards us - we had a very good time over there. It was a great joy for us to meet the members who visited India and recollect the various incidents and events that interested them when they were here." |
