Southern India

Overseas

We began our link with South India and the Human Development Institute in 2004 just before the Tsunami which devastated the coastal villages. With our partners help we were able to help re-build a village and provide cooking pots, rice and new fishing boats to help them survive. Now we have set up the south India fund which provides for an orphanage, HIV project, Herbal health project a new school roof and other projects. We have sent a team to India, facilitated a dance team from the Dalit community to dance in Bath schools and have twinned St Philips school with a school in South India.
