Church Services: We hold services at 10.30am and 6.30pm weekly with creche facilities and children's activities. For a full list click here. One to One: A lunch club for those who would normally spend Sunday lunch on their own. Meal at 12.45pm on the second Sunday of the month. Need to pre-book through the church office. Service on the Green: A simple service held once a month, 3pm at The Green sheltered housing in Odd Down St Martin's Hospital: Once a month at 11am a team lead a service in St Martin's Hospital for the patients.
Drama Group: St Philip & St James Drama Group is open to all and performs two shows per year including a Pantomime in January. They rehearse on Mondays at 7.15pm. Slimming World: Meet every Monday at 7pm in the Institute. More details on the Slimming World website.
Parent Toddlers: Every Tuesday from 9.15-11.00am for children under 5 to play and parents or carers to meet. Ballet Classes: Classical Dance Studios hire the Institute 3.45-7.15pm to teach ballet to children and adults of all abilities. More info from Classical Dance Studio website. Credit Union: South West Bath Credit Union hold a collection point in the Institute from 2.30-3.30pm every Tuesday. Details from Credit Union webpage Sequence Dancing: Bath Sequence Dance Club meet from 2-4pm every Tuesday as well as occasional dances on Saturday evenings. Aerobics: Sara Whale's popular aerobics class runs every Tuesday from 7-8pm in the church hall. Family Group: The Family Group meet Tusdays foprtnghtly from 7.45-9pm for a social time, listening to talks and meeting each other.
Tumble Tots: Every Wednesday term-time 9.40am-1.15pm the Tumble Tots run acticity sessions for young children. More details on Tumble Tots website. Good Companions: Good Companions meet weekly 2.30pm-4pm to share and care and enjoy a selection of speakers and activities and occasionally outings to place of interest. Soundsteps: Teaching keyboard skills in an innovative way to children from 6-7pm. Details from Soundsteps website. Fitness League: Exercise classes, part dance to energise and strengthen the whole body from 7.45-8.45pm. Pips Praise: A short service of worship and praise for children under 5 and their parents or carers. Service 10.30am-11am followed by refreshemnts and a time for children to play. Weightwatchers: Classes run from 6pm-7.30pm in the church halls. Details from Weightwatchers website.
Fitness for Life: If you want to keep fit but find exercise classes too strenuous then this is for you. Gentle exercise and techniques geared to your ability - ideal for those less able. One hour of fitness from 10-11am followed by refreshments and a chance to chat. Pathfinders: Activities for children aged 11-14 years during term-time from 6-7.30pm. CYFA: Activities for children aged 14-18 years during term-time from 7.30-10pm.
